Went for happy hour. Ordered bunch of stuff for table to share. Edamame, fried roll w/ cream cheese, 3 other rolls. They are were really good and reasonably priced

Such a delicious place! We always come back here! Service is always 10/10, our server Louis is always so sweet and attentive 10/10 server, the manager came and gave us free hot sake too which was so nice! So clean, cute and classy in here too! Food was fabulous, favorites are: Who's your daddy Jalepeno bombs Hawaiian roll Dallas special We'll be back over and over again, thank you so much Louis !!

Went here for dinner on a Sunday and sat at the bar. I ordered a couple of apps and rolls. Everything I ordered was delicious. The chefs were very generous with the amount of fish in each roll. Most places in dallas are skimpy on their hand rolls, but not Hibiki! I will definitely be eating here again! Great value and everything tasted very fresh! My waitress was excellent! 10/10!!!!

We usually go to Deep Sushi for our anniversary starter dinner but decided to venture out of our comfort zone and stopped at Hibiki Sushi instead. GREAT CHOICE! It was a little empty when we got there and got a little nervous lol We think it might have to do with all the construction. Don't let that stop you from trying this place!! The ambience is very cozy and clean. Restrooms are tidy and well kept which is a big plus! They have a nice selection of music playing that isn't too loud so you can chat comfortably with your company. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Now for the food. It's hit or miss for good sushi in the Downtown Dallas area for us. It's hard to find fresh sushi here. This place really impressed us. Their specialty rolls are bursting with flavor. We started with drinks and Cajun Edamame. That edamame was delicious!! The drinks were great! Nice and smooth alcohol beverages. We ordered the BamBam Roll, KISS of Fire, Arizona Roll, and Sexy Time Roll. Our least favorite was the Sexy Time Roll. It wasn't bad but I'll never order it again. The rest? FIRE!! Very fresh and delicious. Every bite was full of flavor. One of the rolls kept falling apart but I'll be honest, I didn't care. Usually it's a turnoff, however, these rolls were so delicious that we did NOT care! :))) The food was just that good! After last night, I'm not sure we'll go to our usual sushi spot in D-Town. We will be back ASAP!! Amazing food!! *MY PHOTOS WONT POST! Will try again later.

Came in for lunch on our day out. Ambience - 5/5 Trendy and homey at the same time. Love it. Service - 5/5 Welcoming, helpful, friendly and funny. Excellent. Lobster Roll - 5/5 Fried lobster and lobster rolls and a lobster shell on top. Delicious. Unagi Donburi -3/5 Pretty standard. Will do the trick if you're having a hankering, but I might try something else on the menu next time.

FINALLY an amazing sushi place! My BF took me here in the search of decent sushi, and OMG!! We were both shocked on how amazing this place was. This place did not disappoint one bit! Everything was very tasty, fresh and on point. I want to go back to Texas just for this sushi place! The ambiance was just perfect for dinner, very calm and the service was fast. 10/10 recommend. We wanted to go one more time before flying out that we almost changed our flight back. (They open late on Mondays)

Hibiki Sushi offers a delightful escape with its quiet and serene atmosphere, perfect for an evening of fine dining. My recent visit was a pleasant experience, highlighted by their well-crafted dishes and inviting ambiance. The Tuna Tower was a standout, presenting a fresh and flavorful combination that was both visually appealing and delicious. The layers of tuna, avocado, and rice melded together beautifully, making each bite a delightful blend of textures and flavors. Equally impressive was the Garlic Edamame. Infused with a robust garlic flavor and a hint of spice, these edamame were a perfect appetizer, offering a flavorful kick that left a lasting impression. Overall, Hibiki Sushi in Deep Ellum is a must-visit for sushi enthusiasts and those seeking a peaceful dining experience. The quality of the food and the tranquil setting make it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. Highly recommended!

Started out a little slow on service but picked up right away. Took a minute to take our order, but once it was in ... deliciousness. Food came out fast and it was super delicious. Everything had great flavor and would definitely come again. Small inside but friendly vibes. Overall fun and great place for sushi.

I love the vibe of this place. There are options to sit inside and outside, as well as seating at the bar where you can watch the pros craft the sushi. The sushi is what I expected based on the reviews. I was really pleased with the Shaggy Dog and The Fat Ass Roll. I thought I would feel ashamed to order that roll, similar to how you might feel order a "belt buster" at Dairy Queen, but no, no shame here. The real treat was the sushi nachos. Amazing flavor that I don't think I've had anywhere else. The crispy rice was thin and added a nice texture to the raw fish on top.

Really good sushi at outstanding prices in Deep Ellum? Sign me up! We were deciding between a boat v ordering rolls and other stuff and I would recommend picking your own rolls unless you are basic (and that's ok) and are fine with Philly and Spicy Tuna rolls. The rolls we ordered were rice less so no carbs in case you are counting. Ashley special is exceptional - big slices of salmon wrapped around avocado and crab salad, topped with a shiso leaf. 6 big bites that are packed with flavor! We also enjoyed the Johnny roll (cucumber wrapped around tempura shrimp and crab salad) and the screaming O (very generous portion of sashimi - get the mixed instead of the tuna version to get 3 other types of fish including salmon). Pro-tips: Order the uni sushi - at $10 for 2 gunkan-style sushi each of which holds 3 pieces of sea urchin. The uni tasted fresh and at that price it's a steal! Also order the hamachi collar - $11 for a decent portion of yellowtail, cooked to perfection - great deal! Finish w very shareable scoop(s?) of tempura ice cream (vanilla or green tea flavor) for $5! Jade and the entire team provided excellent service, too! Hibiki has a good HH menu Monday to Friday and we'll definitely be back again!
